    Self: I know what my goals are and why they're important to me. I am good at making time in my schedule for my movement routine, to prepare healthy meals as well as for myself to enjoy life. I understand how I got to where I am today, as well as what I need to do to reach my goal.

    Health: I have a healthy work - life balance. I am fairly relaxed and manage stress well. I get 7-9 hours of sleep per night and mentally I feel like a strong, resilient and capable individual. I also have a great group of friends who I see regularly.

    Nutrition: I understand basic nutrition and the science of losing weight. I have no regular food cravings and I don't find myself binge eating. I consider myself to have a good relationship with food, optimal eating habits with a wide variety of foods in my diet.

    Psychological: I treat myself with compassion and prioritise self care. I feel worthy of my endeavours and I understand how my past has built me into the person I am today. My thoughts, feelings & behaviours are conducive to my goals and I have systems in place to manage self sabotage.

    Physical: My movement routine is where I would like it to be in terms of sessions per week and the effort I put into my workouts. When needed, I shuffle things around in my schedule to ensure I complete all of my workouts for the week. I rarely make excuses to avoid exercise, and rarely miss a workout.

    Biological: I understand how hormones can positively or negatively impact not only my health, but my weight loss success as well, and I nurture them appropriately.

    A lot of the time the key to our success is in the questions we don’t ask, or the painful thoughts/feelings we suppress and don’t talk about. Is there anything specific you would like to bring up in our next coaching session that could facilitate your journey?
